2. Services and Scheduling
We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services. Appointments are subject to availability and our 24-hour cancellation policy.
– Cancellation: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
– Deposit: A $100.00 deposit is required at scheduling (refundable under specific conditions).
– Waiting Policy: Our team will wait a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving if access is not provided.
3. SMS Program Terms
– Program Description: We send service updates, quotes, and scheduling information via SMS.
– Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
– Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.
– Opt-out: You can reply STOP to opt-out of further messaging at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
Irp Service and its personnel are not liable for pre-existing damage, delicate items not disclosed, or failure to access the property due to client negligence. We are fully insured for standard operations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
